Budget Forms

This is a budget form that is the basis for all the other forms (especially Title I forms). This budget form has multiple tabs and "absolute value" formulas so that it is very user friendly. And, you can lock it (password protect it) so it can be messed up!

Title I Campus Form

This is the form we give to campus principals to determine their options for spending Title I on their campus as determined by their comprehensive needs assessment. This form has multiple tabs for determining 6100, 6200, 6300, 6400 expenditures; the B & B1 tabs both contain imbedded formulas to estimate benefits for employees. The C tab not only has amounts but is related back to the Campus Improvement Plan (throught the DNA/CIP column. Tab D shows the breakdown by object code and any variance from the total dollar amount. Tab Finance is for their required Parent Involvement amount (calculates based on function 61 budgeted funds). Tab B is pre-populated in the spring with current personnel funded from Title I on the campus.

Title I District Form

This form is used by the District for budgeting purposes for the Consolidated Application. The main difference between this and the Campus Title I Form is that this form contains a column for identifying district expenditures in the reserved areas- just match the reserved column (A, B, C, etc.) to the "Activities Conducted with Reserved Funds" section (Part 2 of PS3101) on the ConApp. Easy-peesy-lemon-squeezy!

Supplemental Pay Time Sheet

This is an excel form we use that allows documentation of extra duty work (for example, if teachers or others are paid hourly for tutoring, after school/Saturday school programs, etc.), this can be formulated to calculate time and amounts.

Time and Effort Form

This is the Personal Activity Report (PAR) form we use to document time and effort. It can be set up monthly and has embedded formulas to help determine percentages of time/effort each month.

Speak Cells

This is a handy "add-on" to Excel to use if you are comparing a long column of numbers, words, whatever- it's a great tool to help with "double-checking" facts and figures!

Special Education Maintenance of Effort (MOE) Worksheet

This is a step-by-step worksheet for monitoring unallocated portion of PIC 99 for special education MOE.

Campus General Operating Funds Budget Forms

This form has breakdowns for adding a variety of General Operating budgets for individual campus use. Includes example per-pupil allocations for such activities as general operating, technology, library, UIL fees, and even SCE!

GPFedPrograms Wiki

We have created a wiki for our principals, secretaries, and others to access a plethora (fancy, huh?) of information and documents. Ricky is probably the only one who knows exactly what is on the wiki, but it does become an easily accessible resource for everyone. We start with operation guides in CIP/CNA, Title I, and SCE (SCE still in production). After the operations guide is the list of appendices/attachments where the resources are placed. They are semi-organized in a semi-reasonable fashion. Feel free to use anything here. You can access the link by clicking here. (If you can't hit the link because of restrictions/permissions, contact ricky.mitchell@gpisd.org and he will send you an invitation to access the link.)
